Ardapony Squared Artist’s Bio

Ardapony Squared LLC collaborates between two award-winning artisans Samuel Mayo formerly of Ardapony, and Jody Mills, formerly of Inspirations By Jody. The collaboration started in late 2019, then formalized on January 1, 2020. Under the guidance of Sam and his uniquely creative mind, designing jewelry together is what is setting Ardapony Squared jewelry apart from work by other jewelry artisans. Their work was showcased in the January, February, and March issues of British Vogue in 2020; and, in March of 2021, 12 models walked the runway wearing Ardapony Squared designs at TGL On Central Fashion and Art Show 2021 in Phoenix Arizona.

Meaning of the Logo

The Ardapony logo or symbol has a very definitive meaning. The A in the center represents the mountain within each of us. We can live our lives enjoying the green pastures at the base of the mountain and live happily. But, it’s when we choose to climb the mountain within that we meet our inner sun. The circle in the logo represents the sun on top of the mountain, and the spiral represents the universe. “Ardapony” is stillness and movement and all the majestic colors in between. It’s the creative soul looking for a home. The Ardapony logo evolved with a square symbolizing two right angles, each with its own strengths, to create a foundation for growth.
